A recipe that I have been very happy to return for many years, because biscuits are really delicate. The combination of chocolate and a strong lemon aroma is perfect, exquisitely sculpting all the space and trying to taste other pieces. Over the years, in order to make cookies healthier, I replaced smooth wheat flour, it works smoothly and improves the nutritional value.

Sand the softened butter with sugar into the foam, add vanilla and bark. Carefully mix sifted flour with baking powder and chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Drop the two sheets with baking paper or delete them. From the dough, shape large balls of 1.5-2 cm in diameter, or make hills with a soft spoon. Allow plenty of space between the pieces, because they will pitch and the specters will bounce.
Bake for 15 minutes.
