Sweet cake with chocolate pieces

The original recipe comes directly from the packaging of this amazing form from Nordic ware . But as I usually do, I've changed a lot. Fat I started using coconut because it works great, is cholesterol-free, and its superlatives are far from endless, it contains many valuable vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. In cakes, the coconut taste is not too much to feel, so do not be afraid of the combination of flavors. I also replaced most of the flour with wholemeal, instead of white sugar, sugar cane muscovado and in a smaller quantity, that is, caramel color. And I added chocolate.
Importantly, the resulting dough structure is perfect. The doll is soft, fluffy. Thanks to vanilla and lemon peel, fragrant. And pleasantly delight in melting pieces of chocolate. It is also relatively easy because snow is not snowing.
