I love this way of cooking meat because it does not take too "active" time, the meat is like a cake and you can prepare it even if you know you will not later prosecute. 2. Add wine, salt and pepper to taste, broth and bring to boil. Place the pan or pan over the lid and put in the oven for 1, 5 - 2 hours. Check the meat to the end if it is easily disintegrating, or if it still needs a little bit of it and leave it a little longer. It took me 1.5 hours, but it may happen that your lamb will take a little more time.
3. Serve like a ragout pasta with Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs and orange peel, or wrap it in a tortilla with fresh vegetables, herbs, or peppers and sour cream.
