I love breakfast and especially those weekends, even though we do our grill with Grieta and Ruben often, not just on weekends. I believe that breakfast is an important part of the day, and this is a time for nothing to do, so I'll go into it sometime in the middle of the working week. Once you have them in your eye, they will not take you more time to prepare bread with butter.
I've published many recipes of pancake recipes over the years, but I do not have the very basic one that I do most often and from the eye. Based on all the experience I have collected with the preparation of pancakes and waffles. The recipe went to the spring edition of the magazine Gusto and now for you regular visitors and here on the blog.

I prefer buckwheat flour in combination with wheat or gluten-free version in combination with rice flour.
Thanks to the shrubs they are beautifully fragile and fluffy, but with the addition of wheat flour or rice, they are neither dry nor crumbly.
Kefir delivers a delicious flavor and especially a sour taste that evokes the kneaded dough. In the pancakes, a bit of healthy seed is well hidden, but do not forget to mix it with a blender, for example, to get the body out of it.
Maize starch, if you do not have it, can be skipped, adding it to the dough to make the pancakes a crisp edge. Vanilla, a pinch of salt and possibly lemon peel will naturally add a pleasant flavor, and these three ingredients will never leave out even when preparing pancakes.

In the middle bowl prepare a liquid mixture. Mix kefir, eggs, maple syrup, seeds, vanilla, a pinch of salt, and possibly a lemon peel. In the second bowl, prepare a mixture of buckwheat flour, wheat flour, corn starch, baking powder and soda. You can also sip this mixture to make it loose. At the end, connect both mixtures together, but be careful not to process the dough. Dough on pancakes must really mix only briefly. Only to connect. Thanks to this step, their structure will be perfect and will be fluffy.

Heat the pan or pan, and fry the pancakes on one side in the middle heat. It's time to turn, you know, starting to form on the raw side of the bubble, and the edges start to get tangled. On the other side, fry them in gold and serve with your favorite combination. We prefer sour cream or farm yoghurt with more sour marmalade and fresh fruit.
