So, as I play with dough on pancakes, I often play with other recipes that kids love and I want to indulge them, albeit in a slightly healthier form but still delicate. This is the case ... One day I decided to mix the spinach in the dough besides the seeds, and I wanted it, there were the beautifully luminous green pancakes that carry some of the vitamins and minerals of a larger nutritional class than the usual classics. The taste of spinach or field does not affect negatively and the result is simply beautiful.

I also add some of the seeds, vanilla and lemon peel can never be missed. Buckwheat and pancakes are not new, in France pancakes are traditionally made from buckwheat, but because we put everything in blender, we can afford to use the buckwheat all the time. I probably do not have to mention that it is a gluten-free food and so it is suitable for celiacs. And the last note, dough can be used instead of milk or a portion of milk, sparkling mineral water, pancakes are then more fluffy and lump.

Put all ingredients in a blender-type blender and blend for soft dough. Spinach and buckwheat are so beautifully blended and you do not need to have a buckwheat already milled, but nothing of course prevents you from using buckwheat flour. The same thing applies to seeds that can become easily digestible and your children will not defend themselves because they will not see them anywhere.

I think learning the technique of pancake frying is a process in itself. In the course of time, everyone will find their way, which certainly depends on the pan and the type of appliance, the degree and the type of use of fat, .. Dough for traditional pancakes I make rather thin, so that the pancakes are pretty thin. I never miss the bark of lemon and vanilla. Fry pan with fat, I use the brush to make it fat too. It should be warm, hot, but not hot. Pouring dough is also a bit of practice, and I'm not talking about wiping the French pancakes on the mall now. It's a different story, but I meet this one for a common basic ingredient and for the game.
