The recipe has been a long time ago, it's just not the time to finish it, but now I'm going to a little computer cleaning and I would finally like to prepare all the unpublished recipes to the final form and I will serve them for you.

I hope it will inspire you, although it is not a grueling news in the world of gastronomy, but it should be just the principle that it is in the Top 50 category!) In addition, the production of quality goat cheeses in our country is still rising and so everyone can indulge it.)
The goat cheese that is baked in this way is suitable for a small appetizer and maybe for an aperitif, or if you add more salad and increase the amount of brusket, it will be a nice light salad main meal.

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut out the round bases using the cut shapes or loaves of bread. You can also use only a knife and cut a rectangle. But in any case it is good to rip a crust. Spread lightly these round loaves with olive oil. Surely a different kind of white pastry is also suitable, this time I have prepared a healthier version of homemade bread with seeds that add hazelnut flavor.

Divide the cheese into 4 parts. Fresh cheese and the mold are mostly rolled, so you will ideally produce 4 cheese wheels. Put it on the bread and a piece of a fig tree comes to the top. For one serving I gave two quarters.

Place everything on a sheet or ideally perforated plate so that the bread is well baked from the underside and bake in the oven for just a few minutes until the delicatessen gets slightly golden edges and the cheese does not start to soften. It depends on how fast your oven balances the temperature after opening, but it really is about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare a little fresh salad, such as spinach, spinach, ... turn the serving dish or dash with olive oil. Then just add ready-made goat cheese with figs and lightly sprinkle caramelized nuts and drop honey.
