Put all the ingredients in a blender mixer and mix into a very smooth creamy dough or mix with a submerged stick mixer. Swab the dough over a fine strainer and pour into the bottle. I have adapted the recipe for an ISI bottle of 0.5 l, then one bottle will be enough. If you make the dough more and decide to use a 1 liter bottle, you need to fill it with two bottles. The dough is a little more than half a liter, but without worry, you can fill it up a bit more.

After adding the bottle bottle, shake vigorously a couple of times and place the dough directly into a heated, erased waffle, pancake or pan. An advantage is that the cooled dough in the bottle lasts for up to 10 days, so you can enjoy your waffles or pancakes in the morning without long preparations or for several consecutive days.
