II. Meeting Foodblogers at the Chef Parade

A second meeting of food bloggers took place in the name of sous vide and David Zeman of FORCOOK .
Each time one of the bloggers becomes an ambassador and this time it was me and so I had a little more room to photograph and photograph because everyone else was immersed up to the elbows for cooking. So, in addition to a few words, it is mainly a small photo report.
It was nice for me to see so many people with the same interests behind the pile, and finally meet some of them personally.
The program was clear and simple. Try to cook sous vide pre-prepared recipes under the direction of chef Petr Heneš, who has a rich experience with this amazing technique. Finally, there was a small team competition in the presentation of marinated pear . At this moment, little children woke up in all the blinkers and enthusiastically invented all sorts of foodstyling creations on the plates.
I think the highlight of the whole evening was a generous gift from FORCOOK , giving one randomly chosen blogger a complete sous vide set. I hope Chez Lucie enjoys it, at least half as much as I did, because since the time I bought it he did not stop.) I became a really enthusiastic promoter.
