Fennel salad with blue cheese

Especially in the winter, I like salads with fennel or perhaps celery with added strong cheese. So I add one more recipe made at home before our departure.

1. Place a salad in the middle bowl, slicing apple, shallot and fennel on thin slices to get rid of dull ends (preserve green dots that resemble dill). Mix everything and pour plums on the top of the salad with small pieces, nuts (which can also be chipped) and bruise the cheese.
2. Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients. This dressing has a delicate and interesting aroma, but it is not very pronounced because we want it to taste the fennel along with the blue cheese so it is pleasantly supplemented. However, if you like the dressing, you can add a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of lemon juice.
