My dear and dearly dear friends, visitors and readers gourmands, on September 30 we finally baptized our beautiful book. So I bring a small report in the form of photos from my friend Honza , who I thank him for taking the documentation.)
The role of the godparents was taken by Roman Vaněk, the head of the Prague Culinary Institute and Pavel Staněk, co-owner of Potten & Pannen Staněk.
I thank Romana for giving me the confidence and many beautiful words about my work and the book. I have the opportunity to thank him for his work that he moves around the world and plays things playfully almost from steel. Also, Prakul is really an institution that holds all the attributes of quality, perfecţionist and professional cooking schools for advanced gourmets, so I thank him for this place.
Pavel Staněk became a charismatic godfather, but also an amazing host who accompanied us throughout the event and took care of a wonderful and unforgettable evening with a very pleasant atmosphere. I thank him for his trust. As a little girl, I went to look at the first Potten Pannen in Vodičkova Street, I grew up in the neighborhood and admired all the perfect kitchen treasures. Later, I became a frequent customer, and today I am proud to be able to say that we have become partners and friends on the same gastronomic ship.) Jamie Olivier's kitchens are the most obvious, but I'm sure he was even more extraordinary and inspiring. For that evening, she prepared amazing catering with the scent and flavor of Asia I love. Like she was reading under my skin. It was amazing! Thank you!
