Warm dessert dessert inspired by Greek cuisine

If you do not know what strawberries, you should definitely try this warm strawberry dessert with cottage cheese and walnuts for change. It's a bit of a non-traditional process and a dough, but it's very simple and can be handled by everyone! Some of the butter is good to replace with a quality oil that is suitable for cooking to prevent it from burning butter and the resulting dessert will be healthier. (It is already modified in the ingredients.) Also, part of the flour is replaced by wholemeal flour, but I do not recommend replacing 100% wholemeal flour, because the dessert would be too dense and heavy on the structure. If you like, you can add some other seeds besides walnuts, which are amazing in the dessert and will improve the nutritional value.)

1.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and prepare a large rectangular ceramic frypot. You can also bake and then serve in a proportionate amount of baking single-sided bowls, so-called "coco" or "remekinek". The quantity is based on 8-10 bigger remekinek you see in photos.

2.

Strawberries should be washed and drained. If they are larger, cut them in half. Dissolve all the butter so it is liquid and mix it with olive oil. Pour this mixture into the baking pan.

3.

In the middle bowl, mix egg, milk, both flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, or lemon peel. This gives you a very thin dough that you pour into a baking pan where you have already prepared fat. Do not mix with grease, just let it flow around the surface. Spread all strawberries evenly on this dough, then grind or even spread the whole curd with a spoon. Finally sprinkle top with nuts.

4.

Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. The edges should be nicely golden and crunchy, dough creamy and nuts on the top pretty crisp.)

5.

This strawberry dessert can not be cut, bake a single portion of the spoon and do not worry that the dessert will be unsightly. In this case, the tattoo is totally fine. Serve warm, sweets of vanilla sugar with Greek yoghurt spoon.
