If you are interested in this topic, you have come to the conclusion that the long-over-acidified internal acid-base environment is responsible for the growth of yeasts and molds that are responsible, for example, for the development of cancer and other serious problems. This is a theme for the entire book, but I just wanted to point out that besides the fact that almond milk delivers minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, ... it can also neutralize our internal environment, together with citruses. In connection with citrus, you may have heard that it is recommended in the morning to drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice. Try it, it's a great start to your day. Surely everyone who understands the common sense will tell us that we did not need such a thing before, and we survived. Many books have been written about it, and even a cook, but everything is possible, they may not be based on truth as well as contradictory opinions. Everyone will make their own opinion. It is definitely not hard to claim that one or the other is true. Personally, I did not pay my life to these research, so I come out of the available materials, which may or may not be true. It is quite possible that in a few years we will find new findings and will be denied in a few decades.) However, we agree that almond milk is healthy, so you can try this recipe in peace and all the beneficial substances from it to recharge.)
