Embossed Easter biscuits

I had to try the new rollers from our shop right now, and their theme called Damasse rose inspired me to use pink oil. But you can omit it or use some other, such as lavender, jasmine or simply vanilla .) Some extracts and essences have been added in the store for the past year, so you can look at them here.)

Roses are now popular in gastronomy, but I'm quite cautious about adding them, I'm not very sympathetic when the feeling of the pleasant taste and the expectation of a mouthful of food turns into a soap-like flavor. Otherwise I love the smell with age more and more, it is pure, feminine and embodies the female energy. One more recipe, where I used a pink syrup, can be found here , this is a Gallet with a seasoned fruit .
I wish you beautiful Easter and I have to thank you all for the fact that thanks to my blog I will always get much more into the holiday atmosphere, whether it be Christmas, Easter or any other holiday time :).

1.

In the middle bowl, I mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough that keeps them well and does not break. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water and you will be able to get it all together. Everything depends on the size of the egg and the absorption of the flour, so if you use a bigger egg, the connectivity is probably perfectly ideal.

2.

Divide the dough into three pieces. Spread each piece on a baking sheet at a thickness of approximately 5 mm. The last overclocking will be an embossed roller or, for example, you can use a different structured surface such as a wallpaper, a lace napkin, a structured glass, and even last rolling with a simple roller. The embossed roller will literally urge the flour to prevent sticking. Flour is enough just in the thin layer. Finally, the dough should be thin about 3 mm.

3.

Put the three plates for 20 minutes into the freezer or for a few hours in the refrigerator. After cooling down, cut the desired shapes and put them back in the freezer for another 15 minutes and, depending on your choice, directly on the plate or on the mat.

4.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C and cook biscuits for 10 minutes until their edges are nicely pink to slightly golden. After baking, allow them to cool down on the grill and then store in a dry and airtight container.
