Roses are now popular in gastronomy, but I'm quite cautious about adding them, I'm not very sympathetic when the feeling of the pleasant taste and the expectation of a mouthful of food turns into a soap-like flavor. Otherwise I love the smell with age more and more, it is pure, feminine and embodies the female energy.
