I have prepared something for the salad of salad. You can find classic cup buckets here on the blog, but I have recently tried to prepare all sorts of salty and appetizing pancakes such as legumes, etc ... As the first swallow I have oatmeal, which is great because, thanks to apple puree, inside, slightly sweet, but crispy with corn starch, so it fits perfectly with cream cheese or stracciatella and avocado cheese. I think biting into a crunchy and warm base and feeling the cream flavor and avocado structure is simply an unbelievably delicious thing. Then they start to taste like raspberries, coriander and bits of salt.

But serve these blins, for example, with roast beef, sour cucumber and mustard or with asparagus and quail eggs, it is up to you. Ingredients include fresh herbs, and this is the opportunity to adapt this basic dough to other ingredients that come in top. You can inherit fresh basil or grate a little horseradish, add parsley, lemon, nettle just for color and vitamins ... just what will be good with other ingredients. I added fresh coriander.

Using the blender, mix the oatmeal fluffily to make oatmeal. Put it in the middle bowl, add salt, corn starch, baking powder and mix. In the second bowl, mix apple puree, herbs, garlic, eggs and kefir. Now mix both blends together, but only very briefly and start frying in the same way as pancakes. Preferably fry on butter or lard or high-quality oil for moderate performance. Serve a smaller portion because it is an appetizer or a small appetizer. Put the finished blins on the napkin to suck out excess fat, and if you want to serve them warm, you can still put them on a plate placed in the preheated oven.

Unwrap the avocados, remove the peanuts and peel and place the flesh in a small bowl, add scraped garlic, a pinch of salt and mix with a fork. If avocados are well mature, butter, do not need to squeeze or squeeze it too much, but it is enough to mix it so that the mixture leaves a texture.

Serve bliny with a little stracciatelly (you can replace it with cream cheese like lucian or philadelphia or ricotta), spoonful avocados, a pinch of black salt (it is beautiful for effect, but you can replace Maldon Salt - flaky) and adorn the horseradish and eat flowers.
